If you have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and are unusually tired during the day,  you may have a real medical condition called Excessive Daytime Sleepiness (EDS). OSA, the most common form of sleep apnea, is a disorder that may change the way your brain sends signals that keep you awake during the day. Even if you're using your CPAP* machine at night, you could still be extremely tired during the day.

If you think you may have Excessive Daytime Sleepiness due to Sleep Apnea, talk with your doctor today and ask about your treatment options.

*CPAP = continuous positive airway pressure.
